Donaţii pentru Pro-vita Bucureşti – Termeni şi condiţii

Alegerea ta de a dona pentru Pro-vita Bucureşti implică faptul că eşti de acord cu următoarele condiţii:

1. Toate donaţiile vor fi tratate ca atare. Acesta nu este un serviciu de subscripţie şi deci donând ai înţeles faptul că nu cumperi nici un produs sau privilegiu de la Pro-vita Bucureşti.
2. Toate donaţiile vor fi utilizate DOAR pentru a sprijini activitatea Pro-vita Bucureşti. Nici unul dintre membrii nu va pretinde aceste fonduri pentru propriul câştig.
3. Pro-vita Bucureşti este răspunzătoare pentru utilizarea fondurilor donate aşa cum consideră potrivit, cu respectarea punctului 2 de mai sus.
4. Când o donaţie este făcută, tranzacţia este considerată finală şi nedisputabilă. Pro-vita Bucureşti nu va rambursa sumele donate.
5. Pro-vita Bucureşti îşi rezervă dreptul de a modifica aceste condiţii oricând. Orice schimbare este considerată a fi în vigoare imediat ce este publicată pe site.
6. Aceşti termeni şi aceste condiţii sunt guvernate de legea românească.

Politica de confidenţialitate

Informaţiile cardului de credit furnizate în procesul de donaţie nu sunt salvate de Pro-vita Bucureşti, ci sunt utilizate doar de către platforma de donaţii pentru tranzacţia respectivă. Totuşi, orice alte informaţii despre donaţii individuale şi donatori nu vor fi puse la dispoziţia nici unei părţi terţe fără consimţământul tău expres şi pot fi utilizate de Pro-vita Bucureşti DOAR pentru a te contacta ca să te informeze despre activitatea Pro-vita şi/sau pentru a discuta, confirma sau verifica detaliile donaţiei tale.

Pro-vita Bucuresti Donations - Terms and Conditions

Your choice to donate to Pro-vita Bucuresti implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. All donations submitted are treated as such. This is not a subscription service and therefore by donating you understand you are not buying any privilege or product from Pro-vita Bucuresti.
2. All donations will ONLY be used to support the activity run by Pro-vita Bucuresti. None of the members will claim these funds for his own gain.
3. Pro-vita Bucuresti is responsible for utilising the funds donated as it sees fit within the terms of point 2 above.
4. When a donation is made the transaction is final and not disputable. Pro-vita Bucuresti will offer NO refund.
5. Pro-vita Bucuresti reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Any change shall be effective immediately it appears on the site.
6. These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Privacy Policy

The credit card information filled out in the donation process is not saved by Pro-vita Bucuresti but is only used by the donation system for this transaction. However, all other informations about individual donations and donors will not be made available to any other third parties without your express consent, and may be used by Pro-vita Bucuresti ONLY to contact you with information about our activity or/and to contact you to discuss, confirm or check your donation details.
